Attend a Local Event

Each spring, Northwestern’s Alumni Admission Council hosts events for admitted students, ranging from informal gatherings to larger receptions. Events are open to all admitted students and their supporters and are not limited to students residing in the event city. Details regarding date, time, and location can be found in each area’s registration page.

Please note that registration for an event will require the same email and password as you used for your Application Status Portal. Registration is open to first-year students admitted via the Early Decision and Regular Decision rounds, unless otherwise noted. All events are listed in local time.

Admitted Student Receptions

Admitted Student Receptions introduce new Wildcats to the Northwestern community, with participants typically including alumni and fellow students.
